Xiaomi sub-brand Pocophone is launching its new smartphone range Poco F2 this New Year. Xiaomi has captured its major mark with Redmi series in Indian Market. They turned out to be overly fruitful and they come up with an idea of sub-brand which gives similarly great smartphone features at a lower value, Pocophone. Poco F1 smartphone was launched in India on August 2018 and it turned out to be a tremendous achievement and a standout amongst the most sold smartphones in India, and now, a continuation is going to shake Indian smartphone market because of its superb features.
In a tweet Mr C Manmohan posted on Dec 23rd that Poco F1 has won awards & appreciation one after the other.
Talking further about the POCO F2, it will be launch with the latest, Android Pie 9.1. The smartphone will feature a 6.2-inch full HD+Display with a waterdrop notch, fast charging and 5000 mAh battery. It will come with a RAM in variants of 6/8 GB and dedicated memory card slot supporting up to 512 GB. However, according to the sources the smartphone may come with up to 12GB of RAM.
The POCO F2 will have 5 lenses. It’s believed that there could be a 24MP sensor with f/1.7 aperture and PDAF, a 13MP sensor with f/2.4 aperture and an 8MP depth sensor with f/2.2 aperture and two front dual cameras 20MP + 8MP. The smartphone will run on Qualcomm Snapdragon 845, Octa Core processor along with Aderno 630 graphics.
There is no official confirmation about the complete features and specification yet. However, according to sources one variant of POCO F2 will have up to 1 TB of internal storage. The smartphone is expected to be priced at RS: 26,999 and the price may differ for the higher version. Please stay tune for more details and features about POCO F2.
